Argent Energy Trust is a Canadian “non-SIFT” (non-Specified Investment Flow Through) oil and gas income trust with production in the United States. The objective of the Trust is to create stable, consistent long term returns for investors. The Trust currently provides a ~10% cash-on-cash yield and expects to grow ~5-10% per annum, with the ability to fund cash distributions and maintain production within cash flow. Argent operates ~96% of its oil and gas properties and has the ability to adjust drilling and capital expenditures as needed.
